AFFA’s roots date back to the early 20th century, when the company Giovan Gastone Bertini operated in Colle di Val d’Elsa, a forging industry whose production was known and appreciated throughout Italy.
The company reached its greatest development in the period between the two World Wars and continued its activity until 1957, when a group of skilled workers took over its management, giving rise to the company we know today as AFFA.

The traditional forging department has been replaced by an advanced hot forging center, while the introduction of new technologies and production innovations has made it possible to expand the product range and strengthen the company’s presence in national and international markets, consolidating a reputation based on quality, reliability and experience.
